University applications are deceptively complex — UCAS (UK), Common App (USA), direct portals (Canada, Australia, NZ, Germany), each with its own deadlines, document standards, and quirks. One missed deadline or one weak essay costs you the year. We manage the full application cycle end-to-end for 100+ partner universities and 200+ non-partner institutions across our 6 destinations.

Our application process

  1. University shortlisting — based on your profile, budget, and goals, we shortlist 5–10 programs across 4–8 universities. Mix of dream + target + safety schools.
  2. Documentation pack — transcripts, English test scores, SOP, LORs, CV, financials. We coordinate everything.
  3. Application submission — UCAS, Common App, or direct portals. We handle each one with its specific quirks.
  4. Deadline tracking — early action / regular / rolling — we maintain a calendar for every program you've applied to.
  5. Conditional offer follow-up — most offers are conditional (e.g., maintain 70%+ in finals, achieve IELTS 6.5). We track and confirm conditions.
  6. Offer evaluation and decision — multiple offers? We help you compare, negotiate scholarships, and accept the right one.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many universities should I apply to?
Generally 5–8 across a mix of dream / target / safety schools. UK UCAS limits you to 5. US Common App allows up to 20 but most students apply to 8–12. Canada / Australia / NZ — typically 4–6 direct applications.
What's the difference between conditional and unconditional offers?
Most offers are conditional — you receive the offer subject to meeting specific conditions (e.g., maintain 70%+ in 12th finals, achieve IELTS 6.5, complete current degree). Unconditional means you've already met all requirements. Both are valid offers; conditional just means the university is reserving your seat pending those conditions.
Can you guarantee admission to a specific university?
No — and avoid any consultant who claims to. Admissions are decided by university committees based on holistic evaluation. What we can do is realistically assess your admission probability, optimise your application, and target the right universities given your profile. Our typical student receives 3+ offers from their applied list.
How much do university applications cost?
Application fees vary by university and country. UK: £24 per application via UCAS. US: USD 50–90 per university. Canada: CAD 100–250 per university. Australia: AUD 50–110. NZ: free at most universities. Germany: free at most public universities (€75 for Uni-Assist applications). We bundle these into your service or you pay them directly to each university.
Do I need to take SAT/GRE/GMAT?
Country and program dependent. SAT: required for US undergraduate (typically 1300+ for top schools). GRE: required for many US/Canadian Master's (especially in STEM and humanities). GMAT: required for top MBA programs. Increasingly waived in 2024–2026 for many programs. We advise per program at shortlisting stage.
